The stage is the fastest way to grow your expertise into a business.
Speaker Accelerator is a programme for coaches, consultants and experts who want to speak at conferences, win clients and get paid for what they know.
Most experts wait to be invited to speak. They assume the stage comes after success.
In my experience, it works the other way around. Speaking is how you build the reputation, the network and the client base.
The people on the biggest stages aren't always the most knowledgeable in the room. They found the right event, made a clear pitch, and gave the organiser an easy reason to say yes.
That part can be learned.

How I started
For a decade, I worked on the other side of the stage. I built TEDxUNYP into one of Europe's most recognised TEDx events and coached speakers whose talks were selected by TED's editors and watched by millions.
Over time, I grew curious. I'd spent years helping other people shape their ideas for a room. I wanted to know what my own ideas would do in one.
So I asked. First, co-working spaces, offering to speak to their members for free. Then bigger rooms, and bigger asks, often before I felt fully ready for them.
Two years later, I've spoken at Microsoft and Google, and on stages including SXSW London, South Summit and Bits & Pretzels.
Those stages changed my business more than anything else I've done. Clients now often come to me having already seen me speak, so the trust is there before the first call.
They've also taken me to London, Madrid, Munich, Barcelona and Prague, and introduced me to people who became clients, collaborators and some of my closest friends.
Curiosity got me on stage. What got me onto bigger ones looked like audacity from the outside. In practice, it was a handful of things I learned to do well: knowing which rooms to ask for, what organisers actually want to hear, and how to make a yes easy.
Those are learnable. That's what this programme is for.
Why the stage beats almost everything else
A post gets a few seconds of someone's attention. A talk gets thirty minutes from a room full of people who chose to be there.
When you finish, you're no longer a stranger. The people who want what you offer come to you, and the conversation starts with trust instead of a pitch.
It also compounds. Every stage is proof for the next one, because organisers book speakers that other organisers have already booked. The hardest stage to get is the first good one.
Some stages pay well. Many don't, at least at first. The ones that don't often pay back more, in clients.

Who this is for
- Coaches, consultants and experts who already have something worth saying.
- People who want speaking to become a real part of how their business grows.
- Whether you've given a few talks or none yet — what matters is real expertise and the willingness to put it in front of a room.
Who it isn't for
- People chasing fame.
- Anyone looking for a motivational speaking career.
- Those after applause. The goal here isn't applause. It's influence.

TEDx talks selected as TED Editor's Picks
I've coached speakers whose talks became TED Editor's Picks, a recognition given to fewer than 1 in 1,000 TEDx talks. Others ranked among the most watched talks in the world that year. Some went from experts nobody outside their company had heard of to speakers invited onto international stages.
Until now, this work has only been available one-to-one.

“Amit has the unique blend of rigor and excellence while maintaining calmness, flexibility, and a human approach to the work. There is an inherent trust he puts in himself and the people he works with. That makes a big difference especially when the stakes are high.”

“By listening deeply, stretching my perspective, and challenging my approach, Amit walked me through a genuine coaching process. He makes it incredibly easy to trust both him and his extensive expertise, which helped me enormously.”

“Amit is hands down one of the most professional and experienced people I have encountered. I cannot recommend Amit highly enough. In fact, I should stop recommending him so much because then he'll have less time to help me become the person I want to be!”

Why I'm running this
At almost every event I speak at, someone finds me afterwards and asks the same question: how do I get up there?
The honest answer takes longer than a coffee break. This programme is the long answer.
I also host and moderate conferences across Europe, so I spend a lot of time with the people who choose speakers. Most pitches they receive fail for the same few reasons. Once you know them, you stop making them.
